At AgriParivar, we strive to provide valuable agricultural services and products. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we aim to be fair and transparent in such cases.
1. Digital Products & Courses
All sales of digital products (e.g., training programs, webinars, eBooks) are final. We do not offer refunds once content is accessed or downloaded. If you face any technical issues, please contact us for support.
2. Physical Products
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and order details.
- We may offer a replacement or refund, based on availability and inspection.
- Items must be unused and returned in original packaging, if requested.
3. Cancellation
For service-based bookings (e.g., farm setup consultations), cancellations made 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may not be eligible.
